The Recipient Experience team is dedicated to creating transparent and flexible delivery experiences. We manage prominent customer destinations like Your Orders and Progress Tracker, as well as critical customer notifications. Our mission is to modernize customer controls and enhance order history search with cutting-edge solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Design and implement robust, large-scale distributed systems that power order history search with exceptional performance and minimal latency.
Lead technical initiatives through the entire software lifecycle, from initial design to deployment, making strategic architectural decisions.
Mentor and coach team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish best practices to enhance technical standards.
Collaborate with applied scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical strategy and roadmaps.
Ensure team architecture and operational excellence through comprehensive monitoring, telemetry, runbooks, and proactive problem-solving.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in programming with a proficiency in at least one software programming language.
Have 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Show experience in a mentoring, tech lead, or engineering team leadership capacity.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Preferred: 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
