A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). Proficiency in at least one software programming language for over 5 years. Over 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Demonstrated experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leader of an engineering team. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
