Spearhead the development of complex, automated solutions that directly enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, from initial design to final implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to shape technical and architectural strategies.
Develop highly available, fault-tolerant services and capabilities to support a large-scale customer base, streamlining process automation workflows.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, championing best practices in design, coding, testing, and security.
Champion the adoption of novel technologies and the creation of efficient algorithms to serve our extensive user base.
Possess a minimum of three years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
Have at least two years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability using design patterns.
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one major software programming language.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly desirable.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
