As a Software Development Engineer II on the UTR Tech team, you will architect, build, and scale systems that power Amazon's rapid delivery services across North America, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. Your work will span critical areas like package injection, staging, sortation, and routing, ensuring millions of time-sensitive orders meet their deadlines and improving key quality metrics. We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer II with at least 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability, is required. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
