- Lead high-level and low-level design decisions for key features, taking end-to-end ownership while maintaining broad understanding across the product. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Design and implement robust, scalable solutions utilizing Scala or Java, and various AWS services. - Drive continuous improvement by focusing on code quality, comprehensive testing, and proactive reduction of technical debt. - Deliver hands-on development for complex features, upholding a high standard of engineering excellence. - Collaborate effectively across functions to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.

- Possess at least 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. - Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, demonstrating proficiency in design patterns, reliability, and scaling. - Proficient in at least one core software programming language. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
