As a key member of the Relay Yard Automation team, you will: - Architect, design, and implement robust software solutions for yard and gate automation products, ensuring high reliability for critical systems. - Lead complex projects from conception to launch, defining technical strategies and decomposing intricate problems into manageable workstreams. - Drive system architecture decisions for your team's services, focusing on simplification, efficiency, and performance. - Integrate advanced physical systems such as RFID readers, computer vision, and ultrasonic sensors into our software. - Take ownership of operational excellence for your developed services, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement. - Mentor junior engineers and elevate the team's technical standards through collaborative design reviews and reusable code frameworks.

We are seeking experienced software development engineers with a proven track record in: - A minimum of 3 years in professional software development, excluding internships. - At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems. - Demonstrated experience in software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - Proficiency in at least one core programming language.
