Build large-scale systems at Amazon's capacity, applying object-oriented principles, algorithms, and data structures. Drive innovation by developing high-scale, near real-time streaming platforms. Design, launch, refactor, re-architect, and deprecate multi-tier systems handling substantial data volumes. Adapt swiftly to dynamic development environments, favoring simple, extensible code. Leverage AI coding agents as primary tools, managing features end-to-end with an agent as a partner, while ensuring correctness, security, and operational quality. Create essential context and scaffolding to empower AI agents within our codebase, ensuring quality scales across the team. Identify high-impact automation opportunities within the SDLC (triage, on-call investigations, refactoring, migrations, documentation) and deploy agentic workflows to dramatically reduce manual effort.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Over 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability. Possess at least 3 years of experience within the Video Games Industry, specifically supporting title development, release, or live operations. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include over 3 years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
