You'll tackle intricate scalability issues using AWS cloud services, machine learning, and distributed systems. This position involves driving architectural decisions, innovating new features, and constructing a scalable, service-oriented platform. Specifically, you will design and implement intelligent automation workflows utilizing large language models for natural language understanding, decision-making, and content generation. This includes integrating with AWS Bedrock, developing agentic systems for complex orchestration, and building AI-powered triage systems with high accuracy for classifying and routing work, processing millions of transactions and delivering critical insights.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships) and a minimum of 2 years in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
