Take a leading role in the architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale financial applications. Own end-to-end solutions through full-stack development using agile methodologies. Collaborate globally with engineering and business teams to plan, design, and implement new platforms. Review requirements, design services, build interfaces, integrate with existing architectures, and deliver seamless implementations for Global Tax customers.
Participate actively in design and code reviews. Utilize AWS technologies for backend services and customer-facing APIs. Design and code technical solutions using modern web technologies and SQL Server to support tax customers and contribute to tools hosted on AWS infrastructure.
Requires 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling is essential. Proficiency in at least one programming language is required.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also preferred.
