Leverage the Native-AI SDLC to design and build robust software solutions for Amazon's global selling partners. Apply object-oriented design principles to develop large, multi-tier systems, incorporating common design patterns.
Design, refactor, and implement large-scale, cloud-based distributed services capable of handling high transactional volumes with millisecond latency. Enhance team coding culture through best practices in quality and security. Effectively communicate complex technical challenges and solutions to diverse audiences.
Develop Native-AI software, experimenting with technologies to achieve project goals. Utilize Lean Software Development concepts like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, alongside Test-Driven Development and Continuous Deployment. Collaborate with senior engineers, researchers, and data engineers to architect new supply chain management platforms and automate third-party supply systems.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. A strong foundation in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling, is necessary, with at least 2 years of focused experience.
Experience within the Video Games Industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations, is a key requirement, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language is essential.
Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly valued. Familiarity with Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture and training/inference optimization, is a plus.
