- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using serverless architectures, event-driven patterns, and microservices on AWS to support EU Prime customer engagement across marketing channels. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sciences, Data experts, business teams, Product leaders, and core stores platform teams to integrate GenAI/LLM technologies and ML pipelines into production systems that drive personalized customer experiences at scale. - Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and operational excellence activities, while mentoring team members on high-quality engineering practices. - Drive technical decisions and design solutions for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives that balance new feature development with system reliability, performance optimization, and maintainability. - Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues while continuously improving team operations, documentation, and processes to reduce single-threaded dependencies and build team resilience.
- Possess 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. - Have 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling. - Include 3+ years of experience in the Video Games Industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations. - Demonstrate proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field is preferred.
