- Develop and deploy robust, scalable, cloud-native distributed systems leveraging serverless architectures, event-driven patterns, and microservices on AWS to support EU Prime customer engagement across all marketing avenues. - Partner with data scientists and product teams to seamlessly integrate GenAI/LLM technologies and ML pipelines into production systems, driving highly personalized customer experiences at scale. - Engage actively throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including code reviews, architectural assessments, testing, deployment, and operational excellence initiatives, while also mentoring team members on superior engineering practices. - Lead technical decision-making and architect solutions for complex, cross-functional projects, balancing the introduction of new features with the maintenance of system reliability, performance optimization, and overall maintainability. - Proactively identify and resolve the root causes of operational issues, continually enhancing team operations, documentation, and processes to minimize single points of failure and foster team resilience.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience outside of internships is required. Additionally, you need over 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Experience supporting title development, release, or live operations within the Video Games Industry for at least 3 years is also a prerequisite. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience (3+ years) across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also advantageous.
