- Architect and implement robust, cloud-native distributed systems utilizing serverless, event-driven patterns, and microservices on AWS to enhance EU Prime customer engagement through marketing channels. - Collaborate closely with data scientists and product teams to integrate advanced GenAI/LLM technologies and ML pipelines into production systems, fostering personalized customer experiences at scale. - Engage fully in the software development lifecycle, including code and architecture reviews, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and operational excellence, while guiding team members in adopting high-quality engineering practices. - Lead technical decision-making and devise solutions for complex, cross-functional initiatives, balancing the development of new features with system reliability, performance optimization, and maintainability. - Proactively identify and resolve the root causes of operational issues, continuously refining team operations, documentation, and processes to minimize single points of failure and build overall team resilience.
