You'll be instrumental in developing cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions designed to enhance the experience for Selling Partners and Retail users. Our mission focuses on leveraging specialized agents within collaborative AI solutions to provide seamless, personalized, and scalable support.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with world-class experts in advancing the state-of-the-art in Generative and Agentic AI. Your contributions will directly influence products and services impacting millions of users globally. You will gain practical experience with Amazon’s proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced technologies like AgentCore, AgentMemory, Strands, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs). We are particularly interested in candidates with proven expertise in building high-performing, large-scale systems.

Collaborate with a team of renowned experts to develop innovative Selling Partner and Amazon Retail solutions. Advance the capabilities of Generative and Agentic AI technologies. Build and deploy sophisticated AI agents. Deliver impactful products and services that significantly improve user experience. Gain hands-on experience with Amazon's native and partnered LLMs and associated AI frameworks. Contribute to the design and architecture of robust, scalable systems. Deep dive into selling partner-specific challenges and propose effective recommendations.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, coupled with strong object-oriented design skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Experience in building and deploying AI agents is highly preferred. Familiarity with deep-diving into selling partner issues and formulating actionable recommendations is also a plus.
