Develop cutting-edge solutions for intelligent, personalized voice-first automotive experiences. Incorporate best practices to ensure secure, maintainable, and extensible code through rigorous peer reviews. Collaborate closely with product management, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure efficient software delivery. Actively participate in the hiring process and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Drive operational efficiency improvements by challenging existing processes and maintaining key performance goals. Own and maintain development dashboards and monitoring systems. Design and build scalable systems, contributing to high-level and low-level designs with thorough peer reviews. Utilize GenAI tools, Agents, and MCP servers to optimize development velocity and enhance system performance.
A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is essential. Possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one core software programming language. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Hands-on experience with the usage and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a significant advantage.
