- Design and implement robust software solutions to drive new features and enhance core systems, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term system maintainability. - Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle for your projects, from initial product definition and scoping through coding, rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support. - Actively contribute to code reviews, providing constructive and valuable feedback to peers, and mentor others in developing high-quality, well-documented code. - Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand business needs and customer value, ensuring the delivery of impactful and appropriate solutions. - Proactively identify and address the root causes of operational issues, implementing permanent fixes and fostering continuous improvement in team processes and system reliability.
