Key responsibilities include defining, designing, and implementing robust, multi-tier distributed software applications. You will estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and oversee system rollouts, ensuring functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Independently design, code, and test major features, while also collaborating with team members on complex changes. Effective communication and collaboration with multiple teams, including software development, QA, and Project/Release Management, are crucial. On-call production support for payment platform applications is also a requirement.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. A strong background in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling, is essential, with at least 2 years of dedicated experience.

Proficiency in at least one software programming language is required. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is necessary. Preferred qualifications include over 3 years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
