Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for credit and lending products, participating in the entire software development lifecycle. Provide constructive feedback during code reviews, ensure operational excellence, and resolve issues by identifying root causes for permanent fixes.

Tackle complex payment system challenges, clarifying ambiguous requirements and creating simple, effective solutions that balance user needs with technical limitations. Collaborate with teams in India and Brazil to deliver features for Personal Loans and credit line products, driven by customer needs.

Document system architecture, operational procedures, and design decisions, while also training new team members on software construction, testing, and integration within the payments ecosystem.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship) is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience within the video games industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations.

Proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is also preferred.
