Design and implement robust, scalable service architectures that power AI-driven policy guidance, intelligent booking experiences, and automated expense workflows for a worldwide user base.
Drive features through the complete software development lifecycle, from initial requirements and design to implementation, rigorous testing, successful deployment, and ongoing operations.
Collaborate closely with product managers, applied scientists, and fellow engineers across Finance Automation and partner organizations to translate complex business needs into dependable technical solutions.
Elevate team-wide software quality and establish shared engineering best practices through constructive code reviews and insightful design discussions.
Proactively identify and resolve the root causes of operational issues, dedicating efforts to continuously enhance system reliability and maintainability.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
Proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language is essential.
Proven experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers is required.
