Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also preferred.
