A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is required. Additionally, candidates must possess over 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, encompassing design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Experience within the Video Games Industry, specifically supporting title development, release, or live operations, for 3+ years is also a key requirement. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is highly desirable.
