Engage fully in the software development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation through testing, documentation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.

Evaluate and select new or existing technologies and tools, providing guidance and mentorship to junior development engineers.

Collaborate directly with Senior and Principal Engineers to define long-term architectural strategies for the organization.

Lead the team in making critical build-vs-re-use decisions through close partnership with the Retail and Seller Pricing teams.

Establish and implement robust standards and mechanisms for effectively managing operational load and ensuring system stability.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including application of design patterns, ensuring reliability, and scaling solutions.

Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Preferred: 3+ years of comprehensive software development lifecycle experience, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational practices.

Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
