Key responsibilities include building and enhancing automations to minimize manual effort and modernize existing systems. You will continuously refine current systems, emphasizing test coverage, refactoring, and reducing technical debt. Evaluating emerging technologies to tackle complex operational challenges is crucial. Deliver features with agility within a collaborative and innovative team environment, maintaining a high bar for software quality, security, architecture, scalability, and operational excellence.

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of non-internship software development experience and 2+ years in the design or architecture of new and existing systems. Experience in the Video Games Industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations, is required. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of full software development life cycle experience, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field is preferred, as is 3+ years of full stack development experience and a proven track record of building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
