Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Defect Prevention focuses on proactively addressing issues across sellers, fulfillment technology, robotics, and carriers. We dive deep into root causes, gather evidence, and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems in the supply chain.

We tackle the challenges of Amazon's vast and intricate inbound supply chain. While the majority of shipments run smoothly, our team steps in to investigate and resolve deviations when things go awry, ensuring operational integrity and efficiency.

Identify and prevent defects within the FBA Supply Chain by collaborating with various internal teams and external partners. Root cause analysis of supply chain exceptions and gathering evidence to support findings. Develop and implement preventative measures and solutions to mitigate future defects. Drive projects aimed at significant cost reduction through defect prevention and resolution. Leverage new technologies, including Gen AI, to analyze patterns, assess root causes, and communicate effectively with sellers. Engage in deep dives into complex issues and craft solutions that influence seller behavior for improved compliance.

Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience beyond internships. At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Proficiency in at least one software programming language. Experience throughout the full software development life cycle is preferred, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
