As a Software Development Engineer (SDE-2), you will lead the design and delivery of sophisticated systems at the nexus of seller economics, fulfillment efficiency, and category-specific growth. You will be responsible for:

- Architecting and developing comprehensive systems to dismantle structural barriers hindering FBA adoption. - Owning the technical direction for your area, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability across FBA's global operations. - Collaborating across organizational boundaries, driving necessary changes in partner systems to achieve our mission. - Transforming complex business challenges, such as cost-to-serve optimization and supply chain defect reduction, into elegant and scalable technical solutions. - Influencing the broader FBA platform through the creation of reusable design patterns, shared infrastructure, and experimentation frameworks. - Mentoring fellow engineers and actively shaping our team's engineering culture as we expand.

We are seeking experienced software developers to join our innovative team. Candidates should possess:

- A minimum of three years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. - At least two years of hands-on experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on reliability and scalability. - Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational practices. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also advantageous.
