Design and build scalable services for personalized learning and coaching. Develop AI-powered coaching capabilities, including generative AI applications. Create systems linking associate performance signals to timely development interventions. Build closed-loop systems to measure and improve learning outcomes. Collaborate with Product and Science partners to deploy emerging models into production. Make foundational architectural decisions for a new product space. Design APIs, data models, and integration patterns for seamless system interaction. Implement mechanisms for experimentation, measurement, and observability. Deliver secure, reliable, and globally scalable systems with high operational excellence.

Possess 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Have 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one software programming language. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Experience building large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing platforms is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, large language models, recommendation systems, or personalization is advantageous. Proven ability to take ambiguous, zero-to-one technical problems from concept to production is valued. Experience designing systems that integrate data and capabilities across multiple services and organizational boundaries is beneficial. Skills in experimentation, measurement, and data-driven product development are preferred.
