Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Include 3 years of experience within the Video Games Industry, specifically supporting title development, release, or live operations. Proficiency in programming with at least one established software programming language is essential. Preferred candidates will have 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
