We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a proven track record. You will consistently deliver high-quality work, effectively solving complex problems with appropriate technologies and best practices. Your contributions will involve inventing, designing, and building stable and performant software within your team. You'll leverage a broad understanding of design approaches, applying them judiciously and limiting short-term workarounds. Create flexible software solutions without unnecessary complexity, making informed trade-offs and prioritizing reusability. Efficiently manage resource utilization (hardware, database, CPU/memory). Collaborate on project ideas with customers, stakeholders, and peers, actively participating in code reviews, design discussions, team planning, and metric reviews to foster team evolution.
