We are seeking experienced technical experts in database development for the Amazon Aurora MySQL team. You should possess a strong foundation in software development and system architecture.

Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience. - Over 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling. - Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive experience (3+ years) across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
