Possess 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Have 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential. Experience with Object-Oriented design principles using C++ or Java is required. Familiarity with Web Services, XML, and Linux system development is beneficial. Ability to multitask, adapt to new environments, learn new systems, and work collaboratively in an agile setting is crucial.
