A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is required. Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including an understanding of design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, or C is essential. A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and databases, is critical. Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with good written and oral communication skills, are also necessary. The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment is key.
