Lead the architecture and design of innovative software solutions, addressing subsystem limitations and developing new methodologies.

Collaborate proactively with business and technical teams, offering mentorship to junior engineers.

Prepare detailed technical requirements and comprehensive software design specifications.

Champion best practices in software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet all requirements and delivering high-quality software under tight deadlines.

Possess at least 3 years of professional software development experience beyond internships.

Have 2+ years of experience in contributing to system architecture and design, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles.

Demonstrate proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.

Showcase experience building and successfully delivering complex software systems to customers.

Have practical experience with the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
