We are seeking candidates with exceptional technical design, problem-solving abilities, and a solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, complemented by excellent communication skills. The ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels is key. A customer-centric approach, thinking backwards from the customer's perspective, is vital for contributing to product vision alongside technical design and implementation.

Design and develop robust full-stack solutions for Cart and Checkout services, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability within multi-tiered distributed systems. Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical implementations. Conduct thorough investigations and implement optimizations for system performance, latency, and resource utilization, leveraging data-driven analysis and experimentation. Champion code quality and system testability by establishing best practices, performing comprehensive code reviews, and identifying strategic improvement areas. Articulate technical concepts with clarity to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical, and actively participate in critical design and architecture discussions.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Proficiency in programming with at least one established software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:

More than 3 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational practices. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is highly desirable.
