You will drive research and development for the intelligence powering seamless customer connections. A key focus is modeling individual connection graphs – a privacy-first representation of relationships and communication habits. This model will fuel an assistant that is highly context-aware and continuously improves over time.

Utilize large language models, agentic reasoning, and personalization techniques to anticipate user connection needs. You'll act on behalf of customers across calls, texts, and emails. This role offers an opportunity for open-ended research applied directly to a real-world product, transforming advancements in personalization and memory into an agent that truly understands user relationships.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships) and over 2 years in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling. Experience within the Video Games Industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations, is also required, alongside proficiency in at least one programming language.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
