As a Software Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable services and APIs for the QC fulfillment stack. You'll develop systems that ensure operational excellence, even in external fulfillment environments with 3P partners. This role involves close collaboration with senior engineers and product managers, writing clean, maintainable code, and driving continuous improvements in system performance and reliability. You will also participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior engineers, all within a fast-paced, agile environment.

We are seeking experienced software development professionals with a minimum of 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly valued.
