This is a highly innovative, greenfield project focused on reinventing associate development in an AI-native world. You will tackle complex questions about learning, experience, and personalized coaching, creating systems that continuously adapt and improve.

As a key member of the Associate Development team, you'll define and build the technical foundations for these groundbreaking systems. Your work will span generative AI, personalization, intelligent recommendations, and large-scale distributed systems, with the chance to significantly influence architectural decisions early on.

Design and implement scalable services and experiences for personalized learning and coaching. Build advanced AI-powered coaching capabilities, including generative AI applications. Develop systems that link associate performance signals to targeted development interventions. Create closed-loop systems to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning and coaching. Collaborate with Product and Science teams to translate models and experiments into production-ready systems. Make foundational architectural decisions for a new product space. Design robust APIs, data models, and integration patterns for seamless system interaction. Implement mechanisms for experimentation, measurement, and observability. Deliver secure, reliable, and globally scalable systems with a focus on operational excellence.

Requires 3+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Possesses 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
