This role is crucial for building extensible software across various use cases, products, and geographies. You will architect highly available, low-latency distributed systems designed for quality at every level, supporting critical compliance workflows.

Lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems for compliance and verification solutions using cloud technologies. Drive the complete software development lifecycle, managing complex projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with security engineers and product managers to shape strategies and roadmaps for secure, customer-facing solutions. Partner with engineering colleagues to craft technical designs and approaches for new product development. Champion and implement best practices for software development, documentation, and code quality. Ensure deliverables meet requirements and maintain high quality within established timelines. Manage project prioritization, feature planning, stakeholder communication, and commitment tracking. Foster operational excellence through proactive monitoring and management of production services.

A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships). Proficiency in at least one programming language with 5+ years of hands-on experience. Over 5 years of experience in leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Demonstrated experience serving as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Preferred: 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
