Selling on Amazon is a rapidly expanding sector, with third-party sellers now accounting for over half of all items sold. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AWS and Machine Learning, to construct highly distributed systems. You'll immerse yourself in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, shaping and building a selling experience that complements Amazon's renowned e-commerce platform. We are seeking skilled engineers who are passionate about both the technical and business aspects of their work. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence our systems, business operations, and, most importantly, our customers. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to conceptualize and implement innovative new features.

Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, test-driven code that adheres to project requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial system architecture design and development to implementing enhancements.

Actively participate in code and design reviews to uphold quality standards.

Collaborate with peers across various Amazon teams to build and scale services effectively.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

Have at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, demonstrating knowledge of design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles.

Proficiency in programming with at least one software programming language is essential.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
