As a Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the team to define product vision and strategy, addressing complex business challenges.

You will be instrumental in developing scalable architectures, anticipating future needs and ensuring long-term maintainability.

A key aspect of this role involves mentoring and growing fellow engineers, fostering a culture of quality and shared learning.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

Experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles, is required (2+ years).

Demonstrated experience within the Video Games Industry, specifically supporting title development, release, or live operations, is essential (3+ years).

Proficiency in at least one software programming language is a prerequisite for this role.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
