Provide L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and other healthcare applications, ensuring peak performance and system reliability. Monitor application health, investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve problems within stringent SLA targets. Execute Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes adhering to ITIL best practices. Diagnose and resolve diverse issues, including application, interface, data, integration, and workflow challenges, utilizing logs and database queries. Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to support seamless healthcare workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, infrastructure, database, and development, to ensure rapid issue resolution and service enhancement. Support application upgrades, patch deployments, testing, and configuration management. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Develop and maintain essential operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, security standards, and privacy policies. Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical production support for mission-critical healthcare systems. Support healthcare interoperability initiatives, focusing on integrations with EMR/EHR, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing systems.

A strong understanding of the US Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital workflows and operational support, is mandatory. Proficiency in providing L2/L3 production support for healthcare applications such as EMR, EHR, and HIS. Experience with ITIL best practices for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Skills in diagnosing and resolving application, interface, data, integration, and workflow issues using logs and database queries. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and various technical teams. Experience in supporting application upgrades, testing, and configuration management. Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in developing and maintaining operational documentation and knowledge base articles. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, security standards, and privacy requirements. Experience with healthcare interoperability and integrations is essential.
