You will provide comprehensive L2/L3/L4 functional and application support for HighRadius solutions, covering Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), and other key finance processes. Your duties include investigating and resolving complex incidents, functional issues, and integration failures, alongside performing detailed root-cause analysis to implement lasting solutions. You'll also configure and maintain HighRadius functionality based on business needs, translate finance requirements into technical solutions, and manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, adhering strictly to SLAs. Collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and HighRadius product experts is essential for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HighRadius and/or similar Finance SaaS platforms, preferably within enterprise application support. Essential skills include a strong functional understanding of O2C and AP processes, proven experience in L3/L4 application support, proficiency in root-cause analysis and problem management, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned processes. Excellent English communication and structured, analytical thinking are also critical for stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
