NTT DATA seeks an experienced Software Development Advisor, also known as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead, specializing in Node.js to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on designing, developing, and leading the delivery of advanced healthcare applications. We are looking for a leader with strong technical acumen, extensive experience in cloud-native development, and a deep understanding of healthcare data management and compliance.

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of enterprise-grade healthcare applications. Architect and build robust RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js. Develop high-performance database solutions with PostgreSQL and implement scalable cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Collaborate closely with stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Mentor development teams, guide architectural decisions, and optimize application performance.

Ensure applications meet stringent healthcare industry standards and data privacy regulations. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices, while actively participating in planning and technical discussions.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise application development using Node.js. Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, solution design, and architectural planning is essential. Experience delivering scalable, cloud-hosted healthcare applications is a must.

Key technical proficiencies include strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud Storage (GCS). A solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning is required. Familiarity with healthcare data management, security, and compliance is highly desirable. Experience in leading development teams and fostering strong communication is crucial.
