Join our team as a Senior Data Engineer (G10) and take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and platforms. This individual contributor role emphasizes hands-on expertise in ETL development, Microsoft Azure services, and SSIS. You will own the data environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability for production operations. We are looking for a self-driven engineer with deep ETL experience to ensure the seamless functioning of our critical data systems.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory. You will build and optimize data integration workflows across diverse sources, develop data models, and write complex, optimized SQL queries for large datasets. Furthermore, you will leverage Microsoft Azure services to construct scalable data solutions, support the modernization of on-premise ETL to Azure, and potentially utilize Azure Databricks for advanced processing. You will also take full ownership of the data platform environment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, while implementing scheduling, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure data quality and integrity.

Mandatory requirements include 7-10 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development, with strong hands-on expertise in SSIS. Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, storage) and advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and optimization, are essential. You should have experience building and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines and a solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts. Familiarity with managing production data environments, job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools is also required. Experience with Azure Databricks or PySpark is preferred. Additional desirable skills include Node.js, cloud migration projects, CI/CD pipelines for data solutions, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
