Monitor and resolve issues impacting production systems. Participate in comprehensive system reviews and documentation. Propose and implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability. Provide technical support for web, desktop, and mobile applications. Upgrade, configure, and debug existing software systems. Triage complex issues and manage escalations effectively. Identify root causes within code and databases, proposing break-fix solutions.

This role requires a willingness to provide support outside of standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties as dictated by business needs.

Demonstrated proficiency in database ETL processes and .Net programming. Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take ownership of performance. High integrity in handling sensitive information. Experience in ETL development and data integration best practices. Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability. Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems. Ability to analyze and optimize query performance. Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages, including .Net, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET, and C#. Knowledge of modern data security and privacy practices. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across business, risk, and IT teams. A process-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change. Hands-on application support experience is a significant advantage. Familiarity with the Insurance industry and general AWS knowledge are considered beneficial.
