Provide day-to-day production support for post-acute care applications, including participating in on-call rotations for after-hours and overnight coverage.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues efficiently.

Conduct comprehensive application testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing, along with release validation.

Support application upgrades, deployments, and monthly product release testing to ensure system stability.

Manage user provisioning, access requests, security controls, and Active Directory related tasks.

Collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, analysts, and business stakeholders to address issues and support operational goals.

Maintain accurate application documentation and ensure meticulous incident tracking and escalation procedures are followed.

Independently assess and respond to urgent incidents, escalating critical issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Proficiency in production support and incident management is essential.

Demonstrated experience in application testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing, as well as release validation.

Skills in user provisioning, access management, and Active Directory administration are required.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities are a must.

Experience in technical documentation and effective stakeholder and vendor management is expected.
