Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for digital factory planning solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities on a quarterly basis.

Spearhead the migration of over 15 critical factory planning applications from Germany to India, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless operations.

Enhance delivery speed and optimize processes within a cross-functional engineering squad of 10 individuals. This includes establishing sprint cadences, refining backlog prioritization, and mitigating inter-team dependencies.

Manage and iterate on the product backlog, translating business and stakeholder needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Develop and maintain product metrics dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and user retention. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic roadmap and feature decisions.

Establish user persona frameworks and journey maps for factory planning users, grounding product and design decisions in practical operational requirements.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent and predictable delivery.

Present roadmaps, delivery status updates, and critical trade-off decisions to senior leadership and client stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams in Germany and India, proactively managing expectations.

Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architecture groups for all product-related decisions.
