You will be responsible for crafting structured documentation, such as Confluence pages and BRDs, for formal review and sign-off.

Key duties include offering feedback on the completeness and consistency of requirements and scope, ensuring all aspects are addressed.

Alignment with technical and enterprise architecture is essential to guarantee that solution decisions adhere to established standards and guardrails.

You will proactively identify and flag risks, gaps, and cross-area dependencies for timely action by rollout leads.

Additionally, leverage AI tooling to enhance the speed and effectiveness of analysis and content generation.

A deep, hands-on understanding of BMP, platform modules, data structures, integrations, and configuration boundaries is essential.

The ability to interpret existing code and system behavior to inform gap analysis is crucial.

A clear grasp of the platform's capabilities and limitations, including where local configuration is applicable, is required.

Solid business acumen regarding the BMP business case, strategic targets, expected outcomes, and the insurance process vision is necessary.

Familiarity with insurance business processes, both motor and non-motor, and their mapping to platform capabilities is expected.

Demonstrate the ability to connect business requirements to technical constraints, clearly surfacing trade-offs.

Assess the technical and functional feasibility of proposed solutions, effectively bridging business desires with platform realities.

Evaluate solution options against constraints like time, platform boundaries, and maintenance overhead, providing clear recommendations.
