As an OutSystems Tech Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to complex technical and business challenges, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.

Key activities include: - Driving the implementation of innovative solutions. - Collaborating with developers to provide implementation support, mentoring, and leadership. - Supporting junior developer training and professional growth. - Assisting the practice in necessary activities within a consulting and client-facing environment. - Working effectively within Agile frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in OutSystems projects, ideally with over 2 years in Technical Lead roles.

Essential qualifications include: - Proficiency in designing applications following OutSystems 3-layer architecture. - Strong understanding of web technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery), database modeling, SQL programming, algorithms, data structures, and programming best practices. - Proven experience integrating with other systems via REST and SOAP APIs, and creating extensions. - Good knowledge of UX design principles and their application. - Ability to analyze various log types (error, monitoring, performance) and resolve issues. - A BSc in Computer Science or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit are highly valued. - Required OutSystems certifications: OS Associate Reactive Developer and OS Professional Traditional Web Developer, or equivalent specializations.
