NTT DATA is seeking an accomplished Software Development Advisor with a specialization in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust RPA solutions using UiPath. This includes implementing Agentic Automations for intelligent, decision-driven workflows and building solutions with UiPath Document Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

You will also develop automation solutions leveraging VBA and SAP scripting, and utilize UiPath Action Center for essential human-in-the-loop processes. Building scalable automation using the RE Framework, performing code reviews, debugging, and optimizing existing bots are also key aspects of this role. Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards will be crucial for success.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a strong command of UiPath. Proven expertise in VBA and SAP Scripting for a similar duration is essential. You should also have 3-5 years of experience implementing Agentic Automations with UiPath and a solid understanding of UiPath Document Understanding and IDP.

Further requirements include 3-5 years of experience with Action Center and the RE Framework, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork.
