Develop clean, reusable, and optimized code, ensuring it is well-documented and adheres to organizational standards.

Design, code, test, debug, and document software in compliance with company policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Address and resolve critical issues and complex technical challenges that emerge during the development lifecycle.

Engage with clients and external stakeholders on technical matters, representing the team's expertise.

Drive core engineering practices, including build automation, unit testing, software configuration management, and packaging.

A strong foundation in PowerBuilder, C#, and SQL is mandatory.

We seek candidates with over 5 years of IT experience in software development, demonstrating proven expertise in PowerBuilder and familiarity with languages like Java or C#.

Proficiency in database management and SQL is essential, alongside knowledge of MQs, connectivity methods, and Mainframe access.

Understanding of SDLC phases and estimation techniques is required. Domain knowledge in Banking, Payments, and Cards is highly preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting and prior experience in system integration projects are crucial.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with DevOps practices, including pipeline creation and maintenance, are key.

An Engineering degree is preferred for this role.
